1. Acceptance

Using SnapCutout means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the new version.

2. What the site offers

Free access to informational guides about preparing, converting and editing images. There is no registration, no subscription and no payment of any kind. Nothing here is sold to you and nothing creates a client relationship.

3. What the site does not promise

1. Not permanent accuracy. Platform limits, software menus and pricing change without notice. A number that was right when it was published may be wrong by the time you read it.
2. Not a guaranteed result. Following a guide does not guarantee your listing is approved, your print looks right or your file passes a checker.
3. Not uninterrupted availability. The site may be offline for maintenance, hosting problems or any other reason, without prior notice.
4. Not professional advice. For anything with legal, financial or commercial consequences, consult someone qualified in that field.

4. Your responsibilities

• Back up your originals before applying any step from any guide. Compression, resizing and format conversion destroy data permanently.
• Check the current rules on the platform you are uploading to before a batch job or a paid print run.
• Do not abuse the site: no scraping at a rate that degrades service, no attempts to interfere with its operation, no automated republication of its content.
• Respect other people's rights in the images you work on. Nothing here grants you a licence to edit or publish material you do not have the right to use.

5. Copyright

The text and structure of the guides belong to the site owner. You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the original page. Full or substantial reproduction, including machine-translated or machine-rewritten versions, is not permitted without written consent. Photographs are licensed from their sources and their own licences apply, as set out in the legal notice.

6. Advertising and external links

The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense, and links to third-party tools and documentation. Those third parties are independent: their terms, their privacy practices and their pricing are their own, and this site takes no responsibility for them. Details of the advertising data flow are in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this site or of the information in it, including lost image quality, lost files, rejected listings, wasted print costs or lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. Corrections and removals

If you find an error, or you hold rights in material you believe is used here incorrectly, write to contact@snapcutout.com. Substantiated corrections and removal requests are acted on promptly.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you reside.
